Willy’s Beans Shipping Policy

At Willy’s Beans, we roast fresh Colombian coffee in Burleigh Heads, QLD and ship Australia-wide. Our goal is to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at the best possible cost.


Processing & Dispatch

  • All coffee is roasted fresh to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 per order.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free shipping.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (calculated at checkout).


Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 2–8 business days depending on location.

  • Express delivery: 1–4 business days to most metro areas.

  • Rural and remote areas may take longer.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, or peak season demand).


Shipping Carriers

We primarily use Australia Post and trusted courier partners for reliable delivery across Australia.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia. If you are outside Australia and would like to enquire about shipping, please contact us at info@willysbeans.com.


Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Willy’s Beans is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the carrier.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will assist you with lodging a claim with the carrier.


Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at info@willysbeans.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
