Leopard Caturra is a refined single origin Colombian coffee that showcases the harmony of science, sustainability, and flavour. Cultivated at 1600–1800 MASL this Caturra varietal undergoes Lactobacillus anaerobic fermentation to produce a truly vibrant and sweet profile — with notes of macadamia, mandarin, red fruits, and black tea.
This coffee is led by Santiago & Andres Londoño, a farmer driven by experimentation and environmental preservation. This Lot is home to 18 protected springs, shaded agro-ecological design, and over 200 local workers during harvest — all supporting a vision where coffee is both an art and a science.
